Development of QBot

While inviting QBot in to your server, you accept that QBot can store data, like the guild name, ID, and an invite link from your Discord guild. Doing this to find people that exploit, abuse, or are genuintly throwing errors in the terminal in any way. QBot staff and developers can blacklist or let QBot leave guilds using external methods, to enhance the service the bot gives.
To explain this further, QBot developers & staff reserve the rights to remove the bot from your server at any time and reason, and add you and/or your Discord server to the global blacklist of QBot.

The Discord and Developer TOS apply as well.

Data we log

QBot stores data and information for moderation purposes only. We collect data such as your username, user ID, the timestamp, and the channel it was in to be logged in the default bot-reports channel or a custom channel.
This information can be only seen by the Discord server staff, or who has access to the logs channel on the Discord server. QBot developers and staff, externally from the server, can in no way see, read, or load this data and use it for unrelated purposes.
Besides all of that, QBot also caches specific primary data to provide some of the services that are being used. Some examples include the timeout mechanism, channel permissions for lockdowns and chat mutes, AutoMod tracking and mute evading variables. The data cached are the guild and user ID and cannot be seen by anybody. Upon restarting the bot, all the cached information is lost.

Proactive Query temporarily caches punishment and infraction counts to provide suggestions for punishments to take. The only data cached is the count of punishments and the ID of the user and server. These numbers are not accessable by anybody and cannot be used for anything unrelated. Punishment reasons are not stored or cached.

QBot manages privacy as it's priority, and therefore doesn't store or cache personal data at all.
